Plessy v. Ferguson vs. Brown v. Board of Education- In Plessy case separate but equal was OK in private property, Brown case challenged the "separate but equal" saying that it wasn't equal and set back many African-American children on the education

Purpose of Filibusters- to stop congress or a political party to passed down a law
