Plessy v. Ferguson vs. Brown v. Board of Education- In Plessy case separate but equal was OK in private property, Brown case challenged the "separate but equal" saying that it wasn't equal and set back many African-American children on the education

Civil Rights Goals- end segregation in the United States

Rights of the Accused- innocent until proven guilty
